The ground
on which most of our food supply is grown has become nutrient
depleted over time. For this reason, we use
Jurassic Green (certified organic and flash dried Alfalfa,
Barley and Kamut), grown in a prehistoric lake bed of nutrient
dense virgin soil.
After
harvesting, the plants are immediately flash dried at a low
85-90 degrees to preserve the fresh enzymes and other nutrients.
